颈内动脉血泡样动脉瘤5例报告 被引量：6

摘要 血泡样动脉瘤（blood blister like aneurysms,BBA）是一种起源于颈内动脉床突段上段非分叉处或前内侧壁动脉瘤,临床少见,占颈内动脉瘤的0.9％ ～ 6.5％[1].由于动脉瘤在术中呈鲜红色、血泡样,故称为BBA.这种动脉瘤的特点为宽颈、壁薄且较脆,术中极易撕裂瘤颈,导致夹闭困难.我科近年收治手术夹闭的BBA5例,报告如下：
