摘要
高职院校应牢固树立立德树人理念,在文化建设上加快适应国家政策、新技术及其利益相关者的个性化需求,把握机遇,完善顶层设计,规划具体路径,推进文化传承创新实践,为其转型升级和创新发展提供有力保障。
Higher vocational colleges should firmly establish the concept of strengthening morality education. In the cultural construction,colleges should accelerate the adaption to the national policy,new technology and the indi-vidual needs of its stakeholders,seize opportunities,perfect the top-level design,plan specific paths to promote the innovation and practice of cultural inheritance,providing powerful guarantee for its transformation and upgrading and innovation development .
