摘要
目的探讨疏肝活血化湿法治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床效果。方法选取2012年1月-2015年8月在本院中医妇科门诊就诊的70例子宫内膜异位症患者作为研究对象,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各35例。对照组给予孕三烯酮,治疗组采用疏肝活血化湿法之中药疏肝活化汤治疗。比较两组治疗前后的疼痛评分、CA125和PRL水平、盆腔包块变化以及不良反应发生率。结果两组治疗后的疼痛评分显著低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。治疗组治疗后的疼痛评分显著低于对照组治疗后,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。两组治疗后的盆腔包块直径显著小于治疗前,CA125、PRL水平显著低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗组治疗后的盆腔包块直径以及CA125、PRL水平与对照组治疗后比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。治疗组治疗期间未发现明显不良反应。结论疏肝活血化湿法之中药疏肝活化汤治疗子宫内膜异位症效果显著,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect on methods of Sugan Huoxue with Huashi in the treatment of endometriosis. Methods 70 cases of endometriosis in our hospital from January 2012 to August 2015 were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,35 cases in each group.The control group was given gestrinone,the treatment group was given Sugan Huohua decoction of Sugan Huoxue with Huashi.The score of pain,the level of CA125 and PRL,the change of pelvic mass before and after treatment,the incidence rate of adverse reaction in the two groups was compared. Results The score of pain after treatment in the two groups was lower than that before treatment,with significant difference（P〈0.01）.The score of pain after treatment in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group after treatment,with significant difference（P〈0.01）.The diameter of the pelvic mass after treatment in the two groups was less than that before treatment,the level of CA125 and PRL after treatment in the two groups was less than that before treatment,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.The was no significant difference in the diameter of the pelvic mass,the level of CA125 and PRL after treatment between the two groups（P〉0.05）.There was no obvious adverse reaction in the treatment group during the treatment period. Conclusion The effect of Shugan Huohua decoction of Sugan Huoxue with Huashi in the treatment of endometriosis is significant,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
