摘要 通过分析心血管专科医院的特点及医院行政总值班的工作内容,指出心血管专科医院行政总值班工作中存在的问题。采取开展总值班专职化试点、建立行政总值班与护理总值班分工协作机制、采取进驻制或者预约会诊合作机制、加强总值班人员培训、提升总值班工作信息化水平等方式,提高总值班效能,以保障非工作时间医院各项医疗工作的正常运转,为实现医院全面精细化管理提供依据。 The problems exsisting in the administrative general-on-call of specialized cardiovascular hospital are pointed out through analyzing the characteristics of specialized cardiovascular hospital and the task of administrative general-on-call in hospital.The methods of carrying out general-on-call professionalism pilot,establishing collaboration of administrative general-on-call and nursing general-on- call,applying stationed system or making an appointment for consultation,strengthening the training of the staff,upgrading the informationization level can be used to improve the working efficiency and ensure the regular operation during nonworking hours,which will provide the basis for hospital to achieve the comprehensive and acuracy management.
