摘要
为评估某钢铁厂烧结烟气氨法脱硫工艺的脱硝效果,对烧结烟气进行现场人工检测和在线监测,同时对氨法脱硫工艺的脱硝效果进行验证实验。研究结果表明:该钢铁厂烧结烟气中氮氧化物以NO的形式存在,采用氨法脱硫工艺对烟气进行净化处理后,得到的脱硫率为97%左右,脱硝率为18%~20%;当模拟烧结烟气和吸收液的性质接近现场脱硫的实际情况时,得到的脱硫率为99.40%,脱硝率为22.48%,由此在一定程度上佐证了通过烟气现场人工检测和在线监测所得的该钢铁厂烧结烟气氨法脱硫工艺脱硝率的准确性。通过该研究,为烧结烟气氨法脱硫工艺脱硝效果的评估和氨法同时脱硫脱硝研究提供科学依据。
In order to assess the denitration effect of ammonia desulfurization process for sintering flue gas in a steel plant, manual detecting at site and online monitoring of sintering flue gas were conducted, at the same time, denitratian effect of ammo- nia desulfurization process was verified through experiments. According to the research results, the nitrogen oxides exist in the form of NO for the sintering flue gas in the steel plant. After using ammonia desulfurization technology to purify the flue gas,the desulfurization efficiency was about 97% and the denitrification efficiency reached 18% ~ 20%. When the properties of simula- ted sintering flue gas and absorbing liquid were close to the actual situation of desulfurization, the desnlfurization efficiency reached 99. 40% and the denitrification efficiency was 22.48% ,which corroborated the accuracy of denitrification efficiency ob- tained by manual detecting and online monitoring of sintering flue gas for ammonia desnlfurization process in the steel plant. Through this study, the scientific basis is provided for denitration effect assessment of ammonia desulfurization process for sinte- ring flue gas and research of simultaneous desulfurization and denitrification by ammonia method.
