脱水污泥储存及输送系统设计探讨与分析 被引量:1

摘要 通过对污水处理厂脱水污泥储存特性的分析,结合脱水污泥在处理处置过程中的不同要求,介绍了其储存及输送系统设计中常见问题和相应的解决措施,提出了污泥储存系统先进的运营管理理念。由于污泥本身容易发酵,应在满足工艺要求的前提下尽量缩小料仓的容积;根据污泥流动性合理地选择污泥输送设备;污泥料仓和给料螺旋的设计应考虑破拱滑架的安装;为控制污泥品质应考虑在污泥管道上设置过滤器、金属探测仪、污泥干度计、称重仪等监控仪表。 Through the analysis of storage characteristics of dewatered sludge from wastewater treatment plant, combined with the different requirements for treatment and disposal of dewatered sludge, the common problems and solutions in the design of sludge storage and transportation system were de- scribed, and the advanced management idea for the sludge storage system was put forward. The volume of sludge silo should be reduced under the condition of meeting the process requirements due to easy fermen- tation of sludge. Suitable sludge transportation equipment should be chosen according to sludge fluidity. The design of sludge silo and feeding screw Should consider the sliding frame for the arch breaking. The monitoring instrument including filter, metal detector, dryness meter and weighing scale should be con- sidered to control sludge quality.
