摘要
乘人车车身钣金件是薄钢板或铝合金板冲压和/或翻边成形的,用的铝合金板有2×××系的、5×××系的、6×××系的与7×××系的。中国主要用6×××系铝合金,至2016年可生产汽车车身薄板(ABS)的铝加工厂有8家,9条生产线(按气垫炉计算),总生产能力914 kt/a。要求合金具有:良好的成形与翻边性能,表面平整性强,良好的可焊性,优秀的烘烤硬化性,抗时效稳定性强,坚强的抗凹性,良好的Zr/Ti盐化学转化处理性能。
Sheet metal parts of passenger car's body are made of steel sheets,or pressed /flanged 2 × × ×,5 × × ×,6 × × × and 7 × × × aluminum alloys. 6 × × × aluminum alloys are mainly used in China. There have been 8 plants and 9 processing lines( as per numbers of floating furnaces) capable of producing auto body sheets( ABS) with aluminum alloys in China until 2016. The total production capacity has reached 914 kt / a. The following performances are required for the aluminum alloys: easy forming and flanging,good surface flatness,high weldability,excellent baking hardening property,strong resistance to aging,high dent resistance and great Zr / Ti salt chemical conversion.
