摘要
随着分子技术在现代社会的广泛应用,微生物检验逐渐提高到了一个新的水平,分子技术已逐渐成为临床诊断的主要依据。作为一门实践性较强的学科,临床微生物要求微生物检验人员理论与实践相结合,结合临床实践。文章简要介绍了分子技术在微生物检验中的应用,主要包括PCR技术、核酸探针技术、基因芯片技术和其它相关的分子技术在微生物检验中的应用,使得分子技术在临床微生物检验中发挥最大的作用,更好的应用于临床。
With the wide application of molecular techniques in modern society,microbiological testing is gradually raised to a new level,molecular technology has gradually become the main basis for clinical diagnosis. As a practical strong discipline,clinical microbiology requires inspectors to combine theory with practice. This article briefly describes the application of molecular techniques in microbiological testing,including PCR technology,nucleic acid probes,gene chip technology and other related molecular techniques in microbial testing of such molecular techniques to maximize the clinical microbiological testing of action,better clinical application.
