摘要
目的探讨细节化优质护理对脑梗死静脉溶栓患者临床疗效的影响。方法对照组给予常规化临床护理,研究组提供常规化临床护理联合细节化优质护理,记录两组脑梗死静脉溶栓患者临床疗效。结果两组在实施静脉溶栓治疗过程中经不同护理服务后,研究组临床总有效率高达88.89%(40例),对照组临床总有效率仅为68.89%(31例),两组数据对比可知P<0.05,提示研究组疗效更优。结论经常规化临床护理联合细节化优质护理后,脑梗死患者可获得更为理想的静脉溶栓效果,对保障其生活质量、生命安全均具有积极意义。
Objective Study the details of quality care on the clinical efficacy of intravenous thrombolysis in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods The control group received routine clinical care, research groups provide routine clinical care combined with details of quality care,recording two groups of patients with cerebral infarction clinical efficacy of intravenous thrombolysis. Results The two groups in the process of implementation of thrombolytic therapy after different treatments, clinical research group, the total efficiency of up to 88.89%（40 cases）, control group clinical total effective rate of only 68.89%（31 cases）, two sets of data comparison shows P〈0.05,better efficacy prompted the study group. Conclusion After regular joint planning details of clinical nursing quality care, patients with cerebral infarction intravenous thrombolysis obtain more desirable results,the protection of their quality of life,life safety are positive.
