摘要
目的探究胆囊炎手术患者应采取的护理措施和效果。方法选取2014年9月～2015年11月收治的77例胆囊炎患者进行护理研究,随机分组,实验组患者41例采取综合护理,对照组36例患者选择常规护理,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果实验组患者护理有效率为95.12%,对照组患者护理有效率为83.33%。实验组患者得到更加优质的护理服务,有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论胆囊炎手术患者在治疗中接受综合护理可提高治疗效果,减少并发症的发生率,促使身体早日康复,提高护理效果和患者的满意度。
Objective Nursing method and its effect on patients operated with cholecystitis surgery are to be studied. Methods Choose 77 patients with cholecystitis who are treated in hospital from September 2014 to November 2015 and separate them into two groups randomly, 41 patients in study group are given comprehensive nursing,while another 36 patients in control group are given conventional nursing,and then compare nursing effects between two groups. Results Patients＇ nursing efficacy in study group is 95.12% and it is 83.33% in control group; patients＇ nursing efficacy is much more favorable in study group compared to that in control group,there is a differential between two groups and such a differential has statistic value（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing is quite effective on patients operated with cholecystitis surgery,it is conducive to increasing treatment efficacy,reducing complication incidence, promoting patients＇ recovery and improving patients＇ nursing efficiency and their satisfaction.
