摘要 为了实现无人机发动机在生产、调试、外场检验过程中性能参数的多次同时测试,以发动机数据采集板、传感器及手持计算机为核心,研制了一种无人机发动机综合测试设备,给出了无人机发动机测试系统组成及发动机性能参数采集板的实现方法.测试结果表明:该发动机综合检测系统的燃油流量测量精度优于满量程的±5%,缸温测量精度优于±2℃,燃油压力测量精度优于满量程的±2%.该检测系统用户界面友好,实现了测量数据的实时显示记录以及发动机状态的实时监控. In order to meet the needs of the repeated testing performance parameters simultaneously in the process of UAV engine production, debugging and field inspection,a portable engine comprehensive detection equipment for unmanned aerial vehicle is developed, with engine-data-acquisition-board,sensors and handheld computer as the core. The composition of the engine test system for unmanned aerial vehicle and the method to realize the engine-data-acquisition-board are given. The test results show that the engine's fuel flow measurement accuracy is better than the full range of ±5% ,cylinder temperature measurement precision is better than ±2℃ ,and fuel pressure measurement precision is better than the full range of ±2%. With friendly user interface, the detection system realizes the real-time display, record of measured data and real-time monitoring of engine condition.
