摘要
在介绍全渠道零售、服装企业销售物流系统运作特点的基础上,分析了传统服装企业在向全渠道模式转型时销售物流系统面临的问题:企业线上、线下、移动端的渠道各自为政,经营和库存相互独立,信息化水平与信息资源共享程度还比较低等。接着从一体化物流的角度出发,构建了全渠道销售物流一体化模型。最后从组织体系、信息系统、激励机制等方面提出了服装企业销售物流系统整合优化的措施。
In this paper, on the basis of introducing the all channel retailing mode and the operational characteristics of the sales logistics system of the garment enterprises, we analyzed the problems encountered in the sales logistics system of the traditional garment enterprises when transforming to the full channel mode. Then, from the angle of integrated logistics, we established the all channel sales logistics integration model. At the end, we proposed the measures for the integration and optimization of the sales logistics system of the garment enterprises.
