摘要
考证了"特藏"一词在我国出自何时与来历,以及在我国法规史上从"特藏"到"特色馆藏"的演变。针对"特藏"消失于法规却未消亡于图书馆实际工作,从而与"特色馆藏"在图书馆研究中引起混淆的情形,提出有必要将二者从理论到实际尽快加以澄清、明确、定位、规范的观点。
This article carries on a textual research on the ＂special collection＂ in our country from when and where, as well as the evolution from the ＂special collection＂ to the ＂characteristic collection＂ reflected in Chinese regulations.The ＂special collection＂ has disappeared in regulations but not died in the practical work of the library, thus with ＂special collection＂ in library research caused confusion. It is necessary to clarify the relationship between them from theory to actual as soon as possible.
