摘要
通过在数控机床易产生故障的位置安装多种传感器,对数控机床进行多参数综合监控。利用数据采集模块对各种动态参数进行实时采集,并将数据通过无线网络方式传输至上位机中的故障监控系统。实验表明,将无线传感网络技术应用于数控机床故障监控系统中,可早期预防某些隐性故障,降低机床停机率,提高机床利用率。
This article describes that through the instalation of a variety of sensors on the position where is prone to fault to monitor comprehensive multi parametors of NC machines. Data acquisition module is used to analyse the various dynamic parameters real-time acquisition, and transmits the data through wireless network mode into the upper machine fault monitoring system. Experiments show that the wireless sensor network technology is applied to the numerical control machine tool fault monitoring system, it can prevent some early recessive fault, decrease the rate of machine downtime, it improve the utilization rate of machine tools.
