摘要 交流变频调速技术在煤矿企事业单位交流异步电动机驱动中得到了广泛应用。介绍了陈四楼煤矿北风井地面空压机站的运行情况,提出了有针对性的空压机变频调速技术改造方案,分析了系统改造工作原理及主要配置与实施技术性能要点,并在实际生产中得到了应用。实践表明:变频调速系统对电网产生的高次谐波污染小,功率因数提高,节电效果较为明显,同时提高了空压机的运转质量,降低了空压机运行故障发生率,达到了安全可靠运转目的。 AC variable frequency speed control technology has been widely used in the coal mine enterprises and institutions to exchange asynchronous motor drive. the operation status quo of air compressor station on ground of Chensilou Coal Mine was introduced,technical transformation scheme of the compressor frequency control was also proposed in this paper. The transformation of the system working principle,and the key point of the technical performance,were analysed,the results obtained have been applied in actual production.Research shows that,the harmonic pollution of variable frequency speed regulation system on the grid is little,power factor has been improved,energy-saving effect is obvious,while improving the quality of operation of air compressor,reducing the fault occurrence rate of air compressor,and has achieved the purpose of safe and reliable operation.
