摘要
基于ASIF方法学,建立货物运输能耗量计算模型,利用指标因素分析原理对我国第一、第二产业结构变化对货运能耗的影响进行分析,得出产业结构比重变化幅度相同时,第二产业引起的货物运输能耗量较大,在逐步提高第三产业比重的前提下,降低第二产业比重比降低第一产业比重对实现交通运输节能会产生更明显的效果。
Based on ASIF methodology, the calculation model of freight transport energy consumption is established, by using principle of index factors analysis, this paper analyzes the influence of structure change of primary industry and secondary industry on freight transport energy consumption, and achieves the result. It is concluded that when the variation range of industrial structure proportions are the same, the freight transport energy consumption caused by secondary industry is larger; and based on gradually increasing proportion of tertiary industry, reducing the proportion of secondary industry will have more obvious effects on realizing traffic and transportation energy-saving than reducing the proportion of primary industry.
