摘要
蒙古语授课毕业生因受汉语水平、专业设置和综合素质等因素的影响,就业难和就业质量低的问题较为突出。2013年内蒙古自治区政府出台政策,要求机关事业单位和基础服务项目拿出不少于15%岗位,央企和国企拿出不少于20%岗位以及公共服务类岗位专门招聘蒙古语授课毕业生;同时为蒙古语授课学生辅修专业提供财政支持,为招录蒙古语授课毕业生的单位提供补贴。经过1年多的政策实施,蒙古语授课毕业生的就业质量得到明显提升,但就业率仍然偏低,需要扶持政策的持续推进,方可达到预期目标。
University graduates taught in Mongolian have problems in employment due to the influence of their Chinese level,specialty and comprehensive quality. In 2013,the government of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region made a policy which requires government institutions and basic service projects to offer no less than 15% posts,the central enterprises and state-owned enterprises to offer no less than 20% posts for the graduates,and public service units to employ them. At the same time,the government provided financial support for those students who study minor courses and subsidies for those units employing the students.Through one year 's implementation of the policy,employment quality of the students has been obviously improved. However,the employment rate is still rather low,so constant policy support is needed to realize the anticipated goal.
