改良低蛋白饮食加复方a-酮酸对血透患者营养状况的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨分析改良低蛋白饮食加复方a-酮酸对血透患者营养达标的效果。方法:将我院接收维持性血液透析的22名尿毒症患者作为研究对象,予以改良低蛋白饮食加复方α-酮酸饮食治疗。结果:患者应用改良低蛋白饮食加复方a-酮酸前后血清白蛋白、血红蛋白、总胆固醇水平、体重指数和上臂肌围间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),提示患者营养状况有明显差异。同时发现,患者血磷、钙磷乘积较治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:改良低蛋白质饮食加复方α-酮酸能使血透患者营养达标,同时可有效改善维持性血透患者钙磷代谢紊乱,值得推广应用。 Objective To investigate and analyze the effect of modified low protein diets combined with compound a - ketoacids on nutritional level of patients with hemodialysis. Methods : Selected 22 uremia patients with maintenance hemodialysis cured at our hospital as study objects and gave them therapy of modified low protein diets combined with compound a - ketoacids. Results : Before and after using modified low protein diets combined with compound a -ketoacids, patients"serum albumin, hemoglobin, total cholesterol level, body mass index and arm muscle circumference all had statistical significances (P 〈0. 05) and patients"nutritional status had obvious differences. Meanwhile, we found that patient"phosphorus and multiplication of calcium and phos-phorus declined and it had statistical significances (P 〈0. 05). Conclusion: Improved low protein diets combined with compound a - ketoacids can make the nutritional status of patients with hemodialysis reach the standard level and can effectively improve the metabolic disorders of calcium and phosphorus of patients with maintenance hemodialysis, so its application can be promoted.
