摘要 湿式静电除尘(WESP)广泛应用于冶金、化工等领域,用于处理酸雾烟雨及细颗粒物等。20世纪80年代美国首先将其引入电厂后,WESP与湿法烟气脱硫(WFGD)联用技术在欧洲、美国、日本等发达地区和国家得到推广。由于WFGD对细颗粒物、气溶胶、SO_3、水雾、Hg等去除效率不高,容易出现烟囱雨、蓝烟等现象;随着排放标准的趋严,近年来WESP在电厂迅速得到了应用推广,并向烧结市场延伸。 WESP is widely used in metallurgy and chemical industry for treating acid mist and fine particulate matter andso on. After being firstly introduced into power plants by America in 1980s, WESP+WFGD was widely popularized and promotedin developed areas and countries such as Europe, America and Japan. Since the removal efficiency of WFGD to fine particulatematter, aerosols, SO3, mist and Hg is not so high that it is easy for chimney rain and blue smoke to occur. With upgrading ofemission standard of emission in recent years, WESP is widely applied and promoted in power plant and extended to sinter area.
