高温/汽蒸法脱脂处理对石蜡乳液在松木中渗透效果的影响 被引量:3

High temperature/steaming method degreasing treatment on paraffin emulsion in pine penetration effect

摘要 以欧洲赤松(Pinus silvestris)和樟子松(Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica)为研究对象,在不同的温度条件下对木材进行高温(100℃、125℃、150℃、175℃)和汽蒸(100℃、125℃、150℃)处理,以脱除松木中的树脂。通过对比脱脂前后木材树脂含量的变化,考察不同处理方法和处理温度的脱脂效果。将经过脱脂处理和未经过脱脂处理的木材进行石蜡乳液浸渍,采用低场氢核核磁共振技术(LF-NMR)测定石蜡乳液在不同试材中的分布。研究结果表明:随着处理温度的升高,木材的脱脂率逐渐提高。树种对脱脂效果有影响,樟子松汽蒸处理后脱脂率高于高温处理,而欧洲赤松汽蒸处理脱脂率和高温处理接近,没有明显优势。脱脂处理后石蜡乳液渗透深度有显著提高。 In this study, Scots pine(Pinus silvestris) and Mongolian Scots pine(Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica) were heat treated by oven-drying(100℃, 125℃, 150℃,175℃) and steaming(100℃, 125℃, 150℃) at different temperatures in order to remove the resin. The resin content of treated and untreated samples were compared in order to investigate the effect of different treatments. The distribution of wax in degreasing and undegreasing wood was detected by Low-field Nuclear Magnetic Resonance(LF-NMR). The results show that wood degreasing rate increased gradually with the increasing treating temperature. Tree species also influenced the degreasing level. For Mongolian pine, the steam-heating treatment was more effective than only heating treatment. While the degreasing rate for Scots pine after steam-heating treatment and only heating treatment is close. The degreasing treatment increased the penetration depth of wax in wood significantly.
