摘要
针对社会化大数据资源化向价值化转变问题日益突出的现象,阐述了社会化大数据的特征,并与小数据进行了对比,以电商营销、电力能源为例分析了大数据资源价值化的应用模式和策略方法;然后从网络规划与网络运营、社交网络与社交媒体资源、地理位置和空间信息分析、电子商务渠道运营与响应4方面分析了移动通信大数据资源价值化运营模式,为智能化运营开启了一个新的视角。
The problems which the social big data resource are transforming into value- based big data resource at the initial stage of information society is becoming increasingly outstanding. The social big data features and small data features have been comparative analyzed. In the case of E- business marketing and electrical energy,the application mode and the approach strategy of big data resource transforming into value- based big data resource are discussed. The operation mode of mobile communication big data resource value conversion has been analyzed. It comprises from the follow four aspects: network design and operation,social network and social media resources,geographic information and spatial locations,E- business channel and response. It opened up a new perspective for intelligent operations.
