摘要
针对传统工程管理方式中存在的设备到货进度、安装进度和质量管理等信息化水平较低的现状,将BIM技术和二维码技术应用于工厂建设项目的设备管理。提出工程参建各方共同参与的设备数据采集方案,开发设备数据采集系统辅助开展项目管理工作。以某卷烟厂技术改造项目为例,在设备进场、安装和验交等环节,利用数据采集系统进行了设备数据采集、状态跟踪和检查确认等施工管理工作,集成了工厂设计和建造阶段的设备信息,提高了工厂建设的透明度,为工厂的一体化、数字化移交奠定了基础。
There is lower informatization level on equipment arrival progress,installation progress and quality management in the traditional project management methods.In order to solve these problems,an equipment data acquisition system based on BIM and two-dimensional code technology is developed.The equipment data acquisition program which involved all the participants in the project is proposed.The equipment data acquisition system is developed to assist the project management.In the aspects of equipment arrival,installation and inspection etc.,data collection,equipment tracking and other construction management work is carried out in a cigarette factory technological transformation project.Equipment information during the design and construction stage is integrated that improves the transparency of plant construction and laid solid foundation for integral digital transfer of the factory.
