摘要
采用Ziegler-Natta催化剂,在2 L聚合釜中进行丁烯-1本体聚合制备高等规度的聚丁烯-1,详细考察了氢气分压、氢气加入时间对催化性能和聚合物质量的影响,并对最佳聚合条件下得到的聚丁烯-1产品进行力学性能分析。试验结果表明,反应开始即通入氢气,氢气分压控制在0.20 MPa时,催化活性最高,产品的等规度均大于97.5%,熔体流动速率、力学性能同国外某聚丁烯产品相近。
The high isotactic polybutylene was synthesized by butylene-1 with Ziegler- Natta catalyst in 2 L kettle. The effects of hydrogen pressure, hydrogen addition time on catalytic properties and quality of polymer were studied in detail. The mechanical properties of polymer-products obtained under the optimum polymerization conditions were analysed. The results showed that the catalytic activity was highest,and the isotacticity of products was higher than 97.5% when the hydrogen pressure was 0. 20 MPa. The mechanical properties and melt flow rate were similar to the products of foreign enterprise.
