摘要 采用凝胶渗透色谱、核磁共振碳谱、差示扫描量热仪等分析表征方法对自制和进口的高密度耐热聚乙烯管材树脂(牌号4731B)分子结构与性能进行了对比研究。结果表明,自制的耐热聚乙烯管材树脂的基础物性、力学性能达到了4731B的水平;与4731B相比其相对分子质量略小、相对分子质量分布略宽,熔融温度略高,晶片厚度略大,说明其结晶行为更为完善,具有更加优异的加工性能。 The molecular structure and properties of self-made heat-resistant high density polyethylene (PE-RT) pipe resin were studied and compared with the imported PERT by means of gel permeation chromatography (GPC),earhon nuclear magnetic resonanee(^13C-NMR),differential scanning calorimeter(DSC). The results showed that the basic physical and mechanical properties of the self-made products met the 4731B level. Compared to 4713B, the self-made products showed lower molecular weight, wider molecular weight distribution, slightly higher melting temperature and slightly larger lamellar thickness. It showed that the crystallization behavior and the processing performance of selfmade products were better.
