摘要
紧张的医患关系是诸多因素共同作用的结果,医务人员医患关系处理能力不足是诸多因素中最直接的体现。医学教育应积极回应社会的需求,明确医学生医患关系处理能力的培养目标,构建知识体系,与医院协同努力,通过"认知、体验、探索、实践"4阶段教学与实践,强化对医学生医患关系认知和处理能力的培养。
The tense relationship between doctors and patients is caused by many factors,among which the lack of processing capacity is the most direct factors.the most direct factors.Medical education should actively respond to the needs of the society,clear the training objectives of the processing capacity of medical student on doctor-patient relationship to construct a knowledge system,and join the hospital efforts,through four stages of "teaching,experience,explore,practice" to strengthen the cultivation of the awareness and processing capacity of the medical students on doctor-patient relationship.
