纳米晶氧化钛薄膜在陶瓷砖中的应用研究

摘要 以(C4H9O)4Ti为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备纳米TiO2溶胶,并将溶胶涂覆于陶瓷砖表面,经过热处理制备了具有纳米晶TiO2薄膜的陶瓷砖。通过XRD、DSC-TG、EDS等测试手段分析了其相变进程。结果表明,锐钛矿与金红石相转变温度为500700℃,且锐钛矿转变金红石过程在热分析曲线上的吸/放热效应不明显,说明这是一个缓慢转变的过程。在该条件下制备的TiO2薄膜由大量的纳米级的小晶粒组成,晶粒尺寸为2030nm,粒度分布较窄,且TiO2薄膜与陶瓷砖釉层结合紧密。 Nanoscale TiOz sol was prepared by sol--gel technique using (C4 H9 0)4 Ti as an initial material, which was coated on the surface of ceramic tiles. Then the heat treament was carried. The phase transformation was studied by XRD, DSC-- TG, EDS, et al. It showed that the transformation temperature from anatase to ruttle was between 500 and 700 ~C. There is no obvious thermal effect on thecrystal growth and anatase--to--rutile transformation judging from DSC--TG curves becuase it is a very slow process. The prepared TiO2 film was composed of a large number of nanoscale TiO2 crystalline grains with the size of 20-30 nm and a narrow particle size distribution. In addition, the bonding of the prepared TiO2 film and ceramic tiles was superior.
