摘要
文章以铁皮石斛继代无菌苗为材料,开展沼肥替代生根培养基部分营养成分对铁皮石斛生根壮苗的影响研究。结果表明,沼肥替代培养基中大量元素20%或同时替代培养基中大量元素、微量元素、有机物和铁盐10%时,铁皮石斛长势最好,其生根率为100%,苗深绿色,茎秆较粗,平均苗高4~8 cm,并且与对照组相比,沼肥的应用效果最好。因此,在铁皮石斛组培生根过程中利用沼肥替代部分营养成分是可行的,这为在铁皮石斛规模化生产中如何降低生产成本和提高经济效益的探索中具有很好的应用价值。
Using sub-cultured aseptic seedlings of dendrobium officinale as material,the effect of biogas fertilizer substituting partial of nutrition on the growing and rooting of dendrobium officinale was studied in this paper. The results showed that,when biogas fertilizer replaced 20% of macro-element,or replaced 10% of macro-element,microelement,organic matter and ferric salts at the same time in culturing medium,the dendrobium officinale grew fine,no significant difference comparing with the control group. Its rooting rate was 100%,seedlings were dark green and stalks were thick,the average height of seedlings were 4 ~ 8cm. Therefore,it was feasible utilizing biogas fertilizer to replace part of the nutrition components during the rooting culture of dendrobium officinale.
