摘要
在传统生态绿地碳汇评估的研究与应用中,一直存在着未考虑三维地形、统计方法不够直观、评估效率较低、缺乏适合城乡规划行业特征的评估模型等问题。对此,本文发展了一个三层级的城乡绿色碳汇评估清单,提出了基于三维视角的生态绿地表面积统计方法,构建和实现了基于参数化技术的评估系统,并由此形成了一套较完整的城乡绿色碳汇评估模型。最后通过两个案例的实证研究,详细阐述了该模型在低碳城乡规划中的应用方法,并说明了基于三维视角的必要性和模型应用于多方案对比的可行性,为低碳城乡规划研究、应用与管理提供了一个定量化的工具。
In traditional carbon sinks evaluation research and application of ecological green space, there have always been some defects, including the neglect of the three-dimensional terrain, the insufficiency of the statistical method, low efficiency of the evaluation and the lack of evaluation model suitable for urban and rural planning. This paper develops a three-level evaluation list of urbanrural green carbon sinks and proposed a statistical method for surface area of ecological green space based on a three-dimensional perspective, as well as building and realizing an evaluation system based on parametric technology, and thus establishing a more complete urban-rural green carbon sinks evaluation model. Using two cases of empirical research, the application method of the model in low-carbon urban and rural planning is elaborated in this paper, which also demonstrates the necessity of the threedimensional perspective and the feasibility for multi-program comparison. This model presented here offers a qualification tool for the research, application and also management of low-carbon urban and rural planning.
