摘要
以某建筑事故为背景案例,分析在总承包模式下存在的层层分包和交叉作业安全问题。由于存在信息获取的不准确和不及时,总包商和分包商通过传统的安全管理方法不能很好地发现并控制以上问题。鉴于RFID技术的信息采集和传输能力,提出基于RFID的总包商和分包商对建筑工程安全管理的方法,并论述该方法是如何实现建筑工程施工过程实时监管并解决层层分包和交叉作业问题的。
Taking an accident as background,the problems of cross layers of subcontracting work safety in general contracting mode are analyzed. Because of inaccurate information and do not achieving the information timely,general contractor and subcontractors through traditional methods cannot be a good safety management and discovery and control the problems. In view of the information collection and transmission capabilities of RFID technology, this paper presents an RFID general contractor and subcontractors for construction projects based on safety management and discusses the method of how to achieve real-time monitoring building construction process and resolve layers of subcontracting and cross job problem.
