摘要
目的:探讨滋阴清热法治疗老年慢性肾病患者的临床疗效。方法:选取我院老年慢性肾病患者88例,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各44例,对照组患者给予替米沙坦,实验组患者给予汤药竹叶石膏汤合二至地黄汤加减。比较治疗前后两组患者24 h平均舒张压、24 h平均收缩压、肌酐清除率(Serum creatinine clearance rate,CCr)、血清肌酐(Serum creatinine,SCr)、血尿素氮(Blood urea nitrogen,BUN)及24 h尿蛋白定量(24 h Upro),并比较经系统治疗后两组患者的临床总有效率。结果:治疗后两组患者24 h平均舒张压、24 h平均收缩压、SCr、BUN、24 h Upro均降低,Ccr提高(P<0.05);与对照组相比,实验组患者24 h平均舒张压、24 h平均收缩压、SCr、BUN、24 h Upro较低,Ccr及临床总有效率较高(P<0.05)。结论:滋阴清热法治疗老年慢性肾病积极有效,推测其机制可能与降低24 h平均舒张压、24 h平均收缩压、SCr、BUN、24 h Upro,提高Ccr水平有关。
Objective：To investigate the method of nourishing Yin and clearing heat in the treatment of chronic kidney disease in the elderly patients. Methods：88 elderly patients with chronic kidney disease fro our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the experiment group with 44 cases in each group. The control group were treated by telmisartan and the experiment group were treated by Zhuye Shigao Soup and Erzhi Dihuang Decoction. The 24 hours mean diastolic blood pressure,mean systolic blood pressure of 24 hours,CCr,SCr,blood urea nitrogen,24 h Upro and clinical total effective rate were compared. Results：Compared with before treatment,the 24 hours average diastolic blood pressure,24 hours average systolic blood pressure,SCr,BUN and Upro 24 h levels were lower（P〈0.05）,the Ccr and clinical total effective rate were higher（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The method of nourishing yin and clearing heat in treatment of elderly patients with chronic nephropathy effectively. It is speculated that the mechanism may be related to decreased by 24 hour average diastolic blood pressure,24-hour average systolic blood pressure,SCr,bun,24 h Upro,related to the improvement of the level of CCr.
