摘要 目的:探讨基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)及基质金属蛋白酶组织抑制因子-2(TIMP-2)在膀胱移行细胞癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学法(SP法)检测80例膀胱移行细胞癌手术患者膀胱癌组织及30例正常膀胱组织中MMP-2、TIMP-2的表达。结果:膀胱移行细胞癌组织中MMP-2高表达,而TIMP-2的表达降低,且与膀胱癌的分期、分级密切相关。结论:临床检测MMP-2、TIMP-2可以作为判断膀胱癌恶性程度及预后的指标之一。 Objective： To study the expressions of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 in human transitional cell carcinoma of bladder and discuss their clinical significance. Methods： Using immunohistochemical methods, the expression of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 in 80 cases of bladder cancer and 30 cases of normal bladder tissue were analyzed. Results： MMP-2 were highly expressed and TIMP-2 were low expressed in human transitional cell carcinoma of bladder and their expression rates related to grades and stages. Conclusions： Detection of expression of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 would become a new approach to the diagnosis and classification of bladder cancer.Bladder cancerMMP-2TIMP-2
