摘要
介绍了适用于低地板有轨电车的磁轨制动装置的应用特点、作用原理及基本结构,对其磁路计算、磁场分布及电磁铁吸力特性进行了研究,并通过电磁场有限元分析进行了验证。设计开发了两种规格的磁轨制动装置及相应的性能测试试验台,并进行了各种性能试验。试验表明,磁轨制动装置电磁吸力性能稳定,响应速度快,可承受冲击、振动和环境温度变化,满足设计使用要求。
The paper describes the application features, work principle and structure of magnetic track brake for low floor tramcar, studies the characteristics of electromagnetic attraction, the distribution of magnetic field, and magnetic circuit calculation. The design method of magnetic circuit is verified by element analysis. Two types of practical magnetic track brakes for tramcar and a performance test stand are designed and developed, and various tests are performed. Research shows the magnetic track brakes developed have stable attraction performance and fast response and capabilities of bearing shock, vibration and environment change as well, and meet requirements of design and use.
