摘要
矿用防爆柴油机作为煤矿井下的一种重要的动力来源,一直是煤矿机械化的重要组成部分。但随着相关国家标准要求的提高,矿用防爆柴油机尾气排放对人体的危害逐渐凸现出来。针对这一问题,测试分析11点工况,提出干式冷却、燃油喷射电子控制系统、EGR、尾气后处理等改善防爆柴油机排放的方法。通过排放数据对比表明,提出的改善方法应用效果良好。
As an important power resource in mining, explosion-proof diesel engine has been an important part of mining machinery. With the improvement of relevant national standards, the harm of exhaust emissions of explosion proof diesel engine to human body is paid attention. Based on this problem, dry cooling, fuel injection electronic control system, EGR,exhaust gas after-treatment, etc. were put forward by analyzing 11 working conditions, the improvement got goof effect after comparison before and after exhaust treatment.
