摘要
文中主要结合河源当地生鲜农产品实际经营情况,明确当地生鲜农产品供应链的定位,分析该供应链中核心企业的主导模式,通过现有供应链模式的SWOT分析,为供应链中的企业根据自身特点选择合适的供应链模式提供借鉴和参考意见。
This paper binding actual operating conditions of local fresh agricultural products in Heyuan, specifically targeting the supply chain of local fresh agricultural products, analyzing the dominant mode of core enterprises in the supply chain, through SWOT analysis of the existing supply chain model, providing reference opinions for the enterprises in the supply chain to choose the right supply chain model according to their own characteristics.
