摘要
瘢痕疙瘩是机体皮肤受到创伤后在修复过程中形成的一种病理性瘢痕,其形成机制尚不清楚,目前其治疗方法很多,国内外学者对此进行了大量的研究,取得了一些成果,主要包括手术,药物如糖皮质激素、博来霉素、A型肉毒杆菌毒素等,放疗,激光治疗和冷冻疗法及其各种方法之间的联合使用。本文旨在对这一领域近年来的最新研究成果进行系统的总结报告。
Keloid is one of the pathological scars formed during the repair after a skin trauma, whose formational mechanisms are yet unclear. At present, there’re various methods including surgery, drugs like glucocorticoids, bleomycin, Botulinum Toxins（Type A）, radiotherapy, laser therapy and cryotherapy, as well as combination therapy consisting of several methods mentioned above. Many domestic and foreign scholars have conducted lots of clinical studies focused on the treatment of keloids and some have got achievements. This paper mainly aims at reporting the latest research outcomes in three years summarily and systematically.
