摘要
以东北连翘水培枝条萌发嫩芽为外植体,进行组培快繁技术研究,结果表明:外植体最佳消毒时间为4 min,最佳初代培养基为MS+2.0 mg·L^(-1)6-BA+0.1 mg·L^(-1)NAA,最佳增殖培养基为MS+2.0 mg·L^(-1)6-BA+0.1 mg·L^(-1)NAA,最佳生根培养基为1/2MS+0.2 mg·L^(-1)NAA+0.2 mg·L^(-1)IBA。
The tissue culture rapid propagation technical research was carried by taking tender shoot of hydroponic germinationbranches of Forsythio mandshurica as explants. The result showed that the best disinfection time of explant was 4 minutes.The best initial medium was MS ＋2.0 mg ·L^-6 - BA ＋ 0. 1 mg ·L^-1 NAA. The best proliferation medium wasMS ＋2. 0 mg ·L^-1 6 - BA ＋ 0. 1 mg·L^-1 NAA. The best rooting medium was 1/2MS ＋ 0. 2 mg ·L^-1 NAA ＋0.2mg ·L^-1IBA.
