蒙语授课学前教育专业存在的问题及对策研究——以呼伦贝尔学院为例

摘要 随着地方本科院校的不断转型,对少数民族地区学前教育专业高质量人才的培养规格提出了更为严峻的挑战,如何培养出受社会和地方认可的高质量蒙汉双语幼儿教师成为教育教学的关键所在,就蒙语授课学前教育专业的人才培养方案、相关课程设置以及教育教学质量问题进行梳理和剖析,针对问题提出解决的对策和建议。 With the continuous transformation of the local universities,more severe challenges were proposed for training mode of qualified personnel of preschool education in minority area.How to cultivate high-quality bilingual kindergarten teachers of Mongolian and Chinese which recognized by the community and local education become the key task of education.This paper reviews and analyzes talent training plan,related curriculum′s installing and teaching quality of preschool education major taught in Mongolian,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the problems.
