聚乳酸水滑石复合材料的合成及结构性能 被引量:1

摘要 以有机改性的水滑石(LDH)为前体,采用插层置换的方法合成乳酸插层水滑石;以其与乳酸作为单体,采用原位聚合法得到聚乳酸水滑石的大分子材料。对其进行红外光谱、示差量热扫描(DSC)、扫描电镜(SEM)进行分析,并对聚乳酸/LDH复合材料的分子结构和热学性能等进行表征。结果表明:随着乳酸插层LDH含量的增加玻璃化温度有所提高;且乳酸插LDH与聚乳酸之间结合紧密明显的相间界面已经消失。 With organic modified hydrotalcite(LDH) as precursor, lactic acid intercalated hydrotalcite were synthesized by the method of inserted layer displacement; With its and lactic acid as monomer, by changing the content of lactic acid obtained by in situ polymerization of hydrotalcite poly(lactic acid)(PLA)the polylactic acid/LDH materials were synthesized. The samples prepared were characterized by FTIR, DSC, SEM and molecular structure of polylactic acid/LDH composite materials and thermal properties were characterized. The results show that with the increase of lactic acid intercalating LDH Tgincreased; And lactic acid inserted between LDH and polylactic acid combined with close and clear interface has disappeared.
