超声引导下细针穿刺细胞学检查对甲状腺良恶性结节的诊断价值 被引量：8

摘要 目的评价US-FNA对甲状腺良、恶性结节的诊断价值。方法选取甲状腺结节患者88例(92个结节),均行US-FNA检查,与组织病理检查结果比较,判定其诊断价值。结果 US-FNA发现良性结节67个,恶性结节21个(疑似恶性11个,恶性10个),涂片不满意4个;剔除4个取样不满意及2个未行手术切除的结节,手术病理证实良性结节66个,恶性结节20个,US-FNAU的诊断敏感性为85.00%(17/20),特异性为96.97%(64/66)。结论 US-FNA可判断甲状腺良、恶性结节性质,为临床治疗提供依据。
