摘要
为了制备可负载烯烃催化剂的球形载体,根据沉淀析出原理,分别利用乙醇、正丁醇、正己醇、正辛醇和异辛醇制备了多种MgCl_2载体.利用X射线衍射仪、红外光谱仪和扫描电子显微镜对载体的晶型和形貌进行了分析,研究了醇用量和种类对载体制备的影响.结果表明,该方法能够制得晶体高度无序的球形载体,且载体形态和粒径与醇种类和用量密切相关.当单独采用正丁醇时,所得载体的平均表观粒径为11.98μm.异辛醇与正丁醇、乙醇配合可制得形态良好的载体,而正己醇和正辛醇则无法用于制备球形载体.
In order to prepare the spherical carrier for loading the olefin catalyst, according to the precipitation theory, the multiple MgCl2 carriers were prepared with ethanol, n-butanol, n-hexanol, n-octanol and iso-octyl alcohol, respectively. The crystal type and morphology of the carders were analyzed with X ray diffractometer ( XRD), infrared spectrometer (IR) and scanning electron microscope ( SEM), and the effect of alcohol amount and type on the preparation of carriers was studied. The results show that the spherical carriers with high disorder crystals can be prepared with the proposed method, and the morphology and particle size of the carders are closely related to the alcohol amount and type. When the n-butanol is separately adopted, the average apparent diameter of the carder is 11.98 μm. The iso-octyl alcohol cooperated with n-butanol and ethanol can be used to prepare the carriers with good morphologies. However, the n-hexanol and n-octanol can not be used to synthesize the spherical carders.
