摘要 为研究高应力软岩巷道中U型钢棚支护的承载能力,基于正交设计试验,采用数值模拟软件ANSYS对不同的外载荷分布和帮部约束条件下的U型钢棚进行了数值模拟分析,并对试验结果进行了极差分析。结果表明:均匀载荷作用下,型钢支架支护效果最好。若帮部施加结构补偿约束,支架所受的弯矩和位移均比不加约束力小的多,对提高支架承载性能效果明显,现场实践表明正交优化方案可行。 In order to study the bearing capacity of U- shaped steel supports in soft rock roadway with high stress,based on the orthogonal design experiment,the numerical simulation analysis of the U steel supports under different external load distribution and the constraint conditions of roadway sides was carried out by using the numerical simulation software ANSYS,and the simulation results were analyzed. The results showed that the supporting effect of the steel supports is the best under the uniform load. If imposing structural compensation constraints at the roadway sides,the bending moment and displacement of the supports are much smaller than without constraints at roadway sides,which obviously improves the bearing capacity performance of the supports,and the field practice showed that the orthogonal optimization method is feasible.
