石墨材料对铜锡胎体性能影响的实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了研究不同形状和表面处理工艺的石墨材料对Cu-Sn预合金粉胎体性能的影响,文章选择了普通片状石墨、球形石墨和表面镀覆金属的石墨等原材料,并设计不同石墨含量的对比试验,借助SEM形貌、力学性能测试等方法分析胎体性能的变化情况。实验结果表明:在铜锡胎体中,等量添加形状规则的球形石墨与形状不规则的片状石墨相比,试样硬度、抗弯强度值变化不大,试样密度略有提高;与普通石墨相比,加入等量镀覆石墨能提高胎体硬度和抗弯强度,且随表面镀覆金属含量增多,硬度和抗弯强度提高越多,密度也随之提高;随着石墨加入量增多,胎体硬度、抗弯强度和耐磨性均会降低。 In order to study the influence of graphite materials of different shapes and surface treatment technology on performance of the Cu-Sn pre-alloy powder matrix,raw materials such as ordinary flake graphite,spherical graphite and metallic plating graphite have been chosen to analyze the change of matrix performance through contrast tests of different graphite contents with the help of other approaches such as SEM morphology and mechanical performance testing.Result shows that compared to the matrix with irregular shaped flake graphite,the matrix with equivalent regular shaped spherical graphite has little change in hardness and bending strength with a slightly increase in density.Compared to common graphite,the equivalent metallic plating graphite can improve the hardness and bending strength of the matrix.The higher content of the plating metal on the surface will lead to more increase of the hardness and bending strength as well as the desity.As the graphite content increases,both of the hardness,the bending strength and the abrasive resistance of the matrix will decrease.
