邢东矿建下压煤条带充填开采方案技术分析

摘要 邢东矿建下压煤占全矿井地质储量的82.8%,目前矿井建下压煤开采方案主要为充填开采与条带开采,但条带开采资源采出率低,吨煤掘进率高,大面积应用将大幅度减少矿井服务年限。而充填开采其成本太高,约为普通回采成本的4倍。本文以1200采区为研究对象,创新提出了条带充填开采技术,为建下压煤开采开辟了新视野。 Amount of pressed coal under buildings was accounting for 82.8% of the mine geological reserve. Currently, mining schemes of pressed coal under buildings were mainly the strip exploitation and the filling exploitation, but the re- sources recovery of the strip exploitation was low, excavation rate of the ton coal was high. Large area applications of the strip exploitation would significantly reduce the service life of the mine. Cost of the filling exploitation was high that it was about four times the normal recovery. In the paper, strip -filling exploitation was proposed taking 1200 mining area as the research object opening up the new horizons for the mining of pressed coal under buildings.
