摘要
氢气独特的分子结构使氢气可以很好地扩散进入细胞质、细胞器以及细胞核发挥作用,在很多实验中表现出对机体可能有保护作用,虽然具体的作用机制尚未得到充分的阐明,但倾向于氢气有选择性抗氧化、调控机体免疫网络、干预细胞因子表达的作用。不同于一般抗氧化剂,氢气可有效选择性清除羟自由基和过氧化硝酸阴离子,而不影响其他有重要生理功能的活性氧类物质。在对氢气的探索过程中,如何安全、有效、方便地给氢成为诸多科学家所考虑的问题。
The unique molecular structure of hydrogen allows it to easily diffuse into the cytoplasm, organelles and cell nuclei to work. Many researches have suggested possible protective effects of hydrogen on the body, but underlying mechanisms are unclear. It is generally considered that hydrogen can selectively counteract oxidation, regulate immune systems and interfere with cytokine s. Unlike common antioxidants, hydrogen can effectively and selectively scavenging hydroxyl radicals and peroxynitrite anion without affecting reactive oxygen species. How to apply it safely, efficiently and conveniently remains a challenge for scientists.
