摘要 分子靶向药物主要根据肿瘤组织在基因、信号转导以及酶等分子生物学上与正常组织的差异来抑制肿瘤细胞的增殖并促进其凋亡,从而发挥抗肿瘤作用,在一定程度上提高了肿瘤的治疗效果,且对患者的的伤害较小,已经成为当前肿瘤治疗的主要研究方向之一。本文主要综述了针对不同作用靶点的分子靶向抗肿瘤药物的研究进展。 The molecular targeted drugs can mainly restrain the proliferation of tumor cell, promote its apoptosis, and then exert the function of anti-tumor on the basis of differences between tumor organizations and normal organizations in the aspect of molecular biology such as genes, signal transduction and enzyme. It can improve in a certain degree the therapeutic effects on tumor, with less damages to patients, Therefore, it has become one of the main research aspects of tumor therapies currently. This article mainly summarized the research progress of the molecular- targeted anti-tumor drugs aiming at different target spots.
