摘要
目的探究融安县出生缺陷高发流行病学现状,并且分析其主要病因。方法收集融安县2012年1月—2014年12月出生缺陷档案中130例患儿作为观察组,再选取130例健康新生儿作为对照组。分析观察组新生儿缺陷情况,并且对比两组疾病发生因素。结果在所有出生缺陷疾病中多指者例数最多,占26.15%,其次为先天性心脏病者,占17.69%。所有130例出生缺陷者死胎29例,占22.31%。观察组怀孕后购置新家具、妊娠早期接触危险物质或服用药物以及妊娠早期情绪异常史、发热史所占比率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论融安县围生儿出生缺陷以体表畸形和先天性心脏病为主,怀孕后购置新家具、妊娠早期接触危险物质或服用药物以及妊娠早期情绪异常史、发热史是导致出生缺陷的重要因素。需提高育龄妇女优生优育相关知识普及,强化出生缺陷的检测和干预措施。
Objective To explore the current situation of high incidence of birth defects epidemic in Rongan county, and analyze its main causes. Methods 130 cases of children with defects in the archives, who were born from January 2012 to December 2014 in Rong＇an County, were selected as the observation group, then 130 healthy newborns were selected as control group. Neonatal defects in the observation group were analyzed, and the two groups of disease factors were compared. Results In all birth defects in that the majority of patients accounted for 26.15%, followed by congenital heart disease, accounting for 17.69%. All 130 cases of birth defects were 29 cases of stillbirth, accounted for 22.31%. Observation group after pregnancy, the purchase of new furniture, early exposure to dangerous substances or taking drugs, as well as early emotional history of pregnancy, the rate of fever was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Rong＇an County, circumference of birth defect in malformations and congenital heart disease mainly, pregnancy after purchase new furniture, pregnancy early exposure to dangerous substances or drugs and early pregnancy history of mood disorders, fever history is important factors lead to birth defects. To improve the women＇s knowledge of eugenics, strengthen birth defects detection and intervention measures.
