摘要
随着护理学科的发展,人们对医疗卫生服务质量要求的提升,护理继续教育的重要性已得到护理职业人员的广泛认识,结合当前护理继续教育存在的对继续教育的认识不足、继续教育管理不规范等问题,提出加大宣传,提高认识;建立多形式的护理继续教育模式和途径等四个方面完善护理继续教育的对策。
With the development of nursing science, people to enhance the quality of medical and health services, nursing continuing education importance has been widespread awareness of nursing personnel, in view of the continuing nursing education existence question, from increased publicity, awareness raising; establishing nursing continue education modes and ways of four aspects to propose the countermeasures to perfect nursing continuing education.
