东北红豆杉种子不同部位抑制萌发物质比较 被引量:4

摘要 为了深层次发现东北红豆杉(Taxus cuspidata S.et Z.)种子休眠机理,以便为有针对性的采取措施促进其种子萌发提供依据,该试验以白菜(Brassica rapa var.glabra)的种子作为测定材料,对东北红豆杉种子种胚、胚乳、内种皮、中种皮、外种皮5部分的甲醇浸提液进行活性测定,比较研究了5部分浸提液对白菜种子发芽率及胚根生长的影响。结果表明:5部分浸提液中均含有抑制种子萌发物质,显著影响到白菜种子的萌发,另抑制作用会随着浸提液质量浓度的增加而增强;5部分浸提液的抑制作用相比较,种胚最强,其次为胚乳、内种皮、中种皮和外种皮。 We studied the effects of the extract on the germination and the radical growth of Chinese cabbage seeds to deep discovery the dormancy mechanism of Taxus cuspidata seeds and provide evidences for targeted using measures to promote their seeds germination with Chinese cabbage( Brassica rapa var. glabra) seeds by using five-part methanol extracts of embryo,endosperm,endopleura,mesosperm,exopleura of Taxus cuspidata seeds in activity determination. There all were germination inhibitions in five-part methanol extracts,which significantly affected the germination of Chinese cabbage seeds,and the inhibition effects would increase with the increasing of the extract concentration. Compared with five-part extracts,embryo was the strongest,followed by the endosperm,endopleura,esosperm and exopleura.
