摘要
应用CFD数值分析软件,对设计车空调除霜过程进行空气流动的数值模拟分析,模拟出前风窗玻璃及侧窗玻璃上气流吹拂情况。根据分析结果,对空调风道进行优化设计。优化后结果满足设计要求。
CFD numerical analysis software was applied to make simulation analysis of air flow in a vehicle air conditioner defrosting process. The air blowing conditions on the front window and side windows were simulated. According to the analysis resuhs, the design of air conditioning duct was optimized. The optimized result meets design requirements.
