过甲酸制备及在棉织物低温漂白中应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 以固体酸阳离子交换树脂(NKC-9)为催化剂合成过甲酸,测试并分析了甲酸与双氧水质量比、催化剂NKC-9用量、反应温度、反应时间对过甲酸质量分数的影响。并将过甲酸用于棉织物低温漂白,测试并分析了过甲酸的用量、p H值、漂白时间、漂白温度对漂白效果的影响。结果表明,过甲酸的最佳合成工艺为甲酸与双氧水的质量比为1∶5,催化剂NKC-9用量为反应物质量的8%,反应温度为45℃,反应时间为3.0 h,在此条件下,过甲酸质量分数为19.01%;过甲酸可用于棉织物低温漂白,最佳工艺为过甲酸溶液用量为8 g/L,p H值为6,漂白时间60 min,漂白温度45℃,浴比1∶30,在此条件下,白度为78.7%,强力保留率93.2%。 Performic acid was compounded with the catalyst named solid acid cation-exchange resin, and the effects of quality ratio of formic acid and hydrogen peroxide, the dosage of catalyst, temperature and time on mass fraction of performic acid were tested and analyzed. It was used for low temperature bleaching of cotton fabric, and the effects of the dosage of performic acid, p H value, bleaching time and temperature on bleaching effects were tested and analyzed. The results show that the optimal compounding process of performic acid is that quality ratio of formic acid and hydrogen peroxide is 1∶5, the dosage of catalyst NKC-9 is 8%, temperature is 45 ℃ and time is 3.0 hours, and mass fraction of performic acid is 19.01% under the conditions; performic acid can be used for low temperature bleaching of cotton fabric, and the optimal process is that the dosage of performic acid 8 g/L, p H value is 6, bleaching time is 60 minutes, temperature is 45 ℃ and the bath ratio is 1 ∶30, and whiteness is78.7%, break strength retention is 93.2% under these conditions.
